Wellness: the active process of making intentional choices towards achieving a healthy and fulfilling life. See also: physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental health.

Wellness is at the core of a balanced life. Often times, especially as mamas and wives, we put our self at the bottom of our priority list. I promise it is just as important to take care of YOU as it is to take care of everyone else. You can’t pour from an empty cup…and even if you think you can, chances are whatever you try pouring will be bitter and poisonous. And that is exactly what we don’t want. In this section I will offer some ways to start incorporating wellness into your daily routine.
